传统干燥技术的特点:传统加热是通过传导、对流和辐射方式进行,在真空状态下空气对流难以进行,只有通过传导方式给物料提供热能,干燥的膏状物料表面先干燥而硬化,形成”坚实”的外壳,外部的热很难进去,内部的水份很难排出,因此,干燥速度慢、效益低、周期长、温度不易控制,直接影响物料的干燥质量。
微波干燥技术的特点:微波干燥是物料在微波场中吸收微波能后自身整体生热,加热速度快,热能分布均匀,水份很快排出,克服了传统加热能量从外向内逐步加热,形成外部温度高,内部温度低,外干内湿的问题。

The characteristics of microwave drying technology: Microwave drying is the overall heat generation of materials after absorbing microwave energy in the microwave field. It overcomes the problem of traditional heating energy gradually heating from the outside to the inside, resulting in high external temperature, low internal temperature, and dry outside and wet inside.
